2. Video and music resolution (parsing only)

When you use our video or music tools, we provide a resolution or parsing service only. We do not store complete video or audio files on our servers for your later retrieval. Processing is performed so you can obtain links or metadata needed for your own use; we do not operate these features as a permanent file-hosting or streaming library of your content.

3. Document conversion (temporary storage)

For document conversion and similar file-based tools:

  • Source files: After your file is parsed or converted, the original upload is deleted from our systems as soon as processing completes. We do not keep your source documents for ongoing storage.
  • Converted output: The resulting file may be made available for you to download for a short window. Converted files are retained for up to ten (10) minutes, after which they are automatically deleted. You should download outputs promptly within that period.

4. Other tools

Many utilities run entirely in your browser or only exchange non-file data with our servers. Where no file upload is involved, we do not receive your full document or media content in the same way as conversion or download flows. Technical logs may still be generated as described below.

5. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the site, we or our infrastructure may process:

  • Technical and usage data, such as IP address, approximate region, browser type, device type, referring page, timestamps, and error or performance logs, to operate, secure, and improve the service.
